Transitional Living Centers puts quality at the center of everything we do for our clients at 12 group homes in Brunswick and Valley City, Ohio and Riverside Habilitation Center, a day programming facility.
Based on the quality of care we offer, TLC had earned both the Bronze and Silver National Quality Awards from the American Health Care Association (AHCA). In fact, TLC is one of only two intermediate care facilities in the nation with this distinction.
The AHCA evaluates facilities based on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
For example, TLC shared its vision, mission, processes and policies that convey our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. The rigorous evaluation involved an extensive set of requirements for quality and program excellence. Key management areas that were reviewed include:

Community
Through the years, TLC has supported many community and national groups, including little league teams, the Craig Bailey Memorial 5K Fun Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk and the Tamburitza Association of America.
We also are active with the Northern Medina County’s Chamber, Buckeye High School and The Buckeye Education Foundation, an advocate for activities that enhance, enrich, and supplement instructional opportunities.
